VernonVidcast #1: Furlough, Family and Framerates
By Paul Vernon on Oct 27, 2011 in Ministry Updates
It has been over 2 months since our return to Thailand and we’ve hit the ground running. The soundroom is nearing final completion and the Akha Outreach Media projects are beginning to take off. These projects, along with homeschooling, family events (2 birthdays and an anniversary) as well as our village ministry, pulling teeth, and designing book layouts have been keeping us busy. Take a look and listen to our video update for a few of the highlights:
Thanks for taking the time to catch up with us, feel free to drop us a comment below or a message on facebook so we can stay connected to you!

Hi Paul(&Lori),
Great to watch this update see & hear how things are progressing! Sounds like your time away was fruitful and restful–you seem ready and eager to continue in God’s call there. I did get the package you sent me. Hope you have/had a chance to go through the material. Maybe something you could dub into AKHA?
A couple weeks ago finally gave a report to our mission team about my trip over to Thailand and the AOF. We’re thankful to be a part of what God is and will be doing with the people you are reaching out to with the Gospel through media. We’ll be with you in prayer & looking forward to hearing about the unfolding production of Matthew and Acts.
You guys totally rock!!!
Love the update. You guys look great and it’s good to see that you are getting out with the video equipment.
I suppose you’ve heard by now that I won’t be able to make the scouting trip in December. Bummer! Maybe I’ll be able to save up for the next one.
Much love from the States!
Shawn, we look forward to seeing you whenever the opportunity arises!
loved viewing your video and hearing about what’sgoing on in your lives. I love you. Maw Maw Fran
thanks Maw Maw, we love you too!
